School Affairs System Group Operational Responsibilities
◎ Communication, coordination and integration of school-wide information system construction and analysis and design services. ◎ System design analysis, development and maintenance of educational administration system. ◎ Design analysis, development and maintenance of academic affairs system. ◎ Design analysis, development and maintenance of general affairs, procurement, property management and other related systems. ◎ Design analysis, development and maintenance of R&D management system. ◎ Design analysis, development and maintenance of personnel, salary, and duty systems. ◎ Design analysis, development and maintenance of accounting, cashier, tuition and miscellaneous fee systems. ◎ PIMS personal information management system and ISMS information security system assist in import and certification. ◎ Education, training and consulting services related to computer information for faculty and staff. ◎ Other temporary support.
